Most requests are fulfilled within 24 to 72 business hours, while rare or highly sought-after models may require up to 7 to 14 days. You review and approve the specific watch before the remaining balance is collected, and if we are unable to secure a piece that meets your standards within 7 days, your deposit is returned in full, no questions asked.
